If you must cancel, transfer, or change a registration, submit your request in writing by February 6, 2014, to DMA Customer Service via fax: 212.302.7643, e-mail:, or mail to: DMA Customer Service, 1120 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036-6700. Cancellations made on or before February 6, 2014, will be fully refunded minus a $150 processing fee. After February 6, registration fees will be forfeited. You may transfer your registration to someone else without penalty or the remainder of your registration fee may be held on account for 12 months to be used at a future DMANF event. Refunds will NOT be issued for any missed sessions or events, due to travel delays or cancellations. After February 6, all transfers/changes must be made onsite.
